Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances, skincare and beauty products cannot be returned.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at info@asteraemporia.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
